Kuraray, the inventor of Vinylon (Polyviny Alchohol) fiber, has introduced <Claretta-m1>, a new concept yarn technology through its continued research of synthesis of PVA fiber over half a century period.
<Claretta-m1> plays an important assisting roll during the preparation of textile production, but just in the final process before the textile appears on the stage, will disappear completely by being treated in a hot water bath. No trace of existence observed, but it leaves new performance added on finished products .

Molecular construction of <Claretta-m1>

By dissolving, <Claretta-m1> gives the soft touch to the yarn.
After dissolving by treating with hot water, <Claretta-m1> leaves more space between fiber thus giving the softness, bulk touch, light weight and higher permeability to the yarn completely different from the yarn without it.
